Last night, IT Group enjoyed an evening of glitz and glamour at the Chambers UK Bar Awards 2015 at Old Billingsgate in London. The UK Bar Awards exclusively highlight the excellence of members of the UK Bar and celebrate the outstanding achievements by chambers, silks, and juniors alike.

Confidential Information: Beware the Humble Photocopier

 have found the humble photocopier to be a potential source of evidence in the search for electronic documents. These machines can be examined forensically for inappropriate copying of confidential information and documents.

Since around 2002 most multifunction photocopiers and printers have contained PC-style hard drives which store the documents that are copied, scanned, and printed. They also store data in DRAM memory, as used in conventional computers.
